This being the first post on this Craziness blog, I figured it was as good a time as any to make an introduction.
My name is Elicia and I am first and foremost a mother to a beautiful 6 month old baby girl. She is my reason for being a WAHM (Work At Home Mom). I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and Home Childcare Operator.
The reason behind this blog is for me to have a place to describe, vent and just get out all the craziness that happens within the tiny part of life I inhabit.
Having worked with children for 10+ years, I have seen a lot of good, bad and questionable parenting styles. I have created my own set of morals and opinions and teaching styles. This is going to be a forum for me to speak about these idiosyncrasies of mine.
Please, right off the bat, know that the opinions I state within this blog are mine and mine alone. I do not post to start fights, or to have followers send me nasty messages or comments.
With a 6 month old, husband, Siberian Husky, 3 children in my care and their parents to deal with daily, plus working for my in-laws helping them with their childcare centre, and the issues with my own family (which I might delve into at a later date) and all of my past indiscretions I have a lot that I can talk about. So hopefully, getting on here weekly will be a good way to de-stress and let a few things out.
Even if no one reads this page, I think it will be a good thing for me and really, let's face it...that's all that really matters in the end.
